Internships

Ready to build the future of creativity and AI? Adobe Research is now accepting applications for 2027 research internships from PhD and master’s students. As an intern, you’ll work alongside leading researchers on ambitious projects, with the chance to publish at top academic conferences and see your work ship in products like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Firefly, used by millions of creators.

You’ll work closely throughout your internship with a mentor whose research aligns with yours. Internships are hybrid and based where your mentor is located.

Hear From Our Interns

Christina Chance Former Intern

I think the best part about Adobe Research is that everyone is so invested in us producing good products and good final research. Everyone is willing to give feedback, look even further into your project if you need it, and follow up if they find something interesting.

Yunyi Zhu Former Intern

I learned so much, and I enjoyed everything— from talking to people, doing the research, the pace of the work, the inception talks, to even the food. It’s my first industry internship, so it’s been very eye-opening. I’ve become more open-minded as a researcher because people here ask questions that make me see my work through a different lens.

Saugat Pandey Former Intern

Everyone brings a different perspective to the table. I’ve talked to other interns studying audio, video, generative AI, and systems, and it gave me a broader view of what research could look like. The conversations I had with those interns shaped my thinking for collaboration and cross-pollination in research.
