Adobe has achieved a remarkable acceptance rate for research papers at several highly-selective conferences this spring. These conferences serve as key platforms for sharing breakthroughs with the research community. Conferences that will showcase Adobe scientists’ and engineers’ work in the coming months include:
- The Conference on Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition (CVPR 2018) in June: 30 papers accepted (including oral, spotlight, and post papers) out of 44 papers submitted. The acceptance rate of the Adobe papers was 68 percent, which significantly exceeds the typical CVPR conference rate of about 25 percent.
- The ACM Conference on Human Factors in Computing Systems (CHI 2018) in April: 17 papers were accepted (including main conference papers, posters, and workshop papers) out of 24 papers submitted. The acceptance rate of the Adobe papers was 71 percent, which significantly exceeds the typical CHI conference rate of about 25 percent.
- The IEEE International Conference on Acoustics, Speech and Signal Processing (ICASSP 2018) in April: 5 papers accepted (including papers and posters) out of 7 submissions.
- The Annual Conference of the European Association for Computer Graphics (Eurographics 2018) in April: 4 papers accepted out of 7 submissions.
