Arpit Thool

Arpit is a Research Scientist at Adobe Research, where he develops and integrates cutting-edge video technologies into Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, helping shape the future of video editing. His work focuses on advancing AI-powered creative tools through applied research in video understanding, and generative media.

He earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, where he was advised by Dr. Chris Brown. His doctoral research explored the integration of AI-driven technologies, including large language models (LLMs), into software security workflows to deliver actionable, human-centric security insights.
