I work at Adobe Research as a Research Scientist. I received my Ph.D. from the Division of Biostatistics at the University of California, Berkeley in 2025. My research interest lies at the intersection of statistics, causal inference, experimentation, and ML/AI. I love thinking about designing the right and powerful ways of interventions and analysis to decipher the causal relations from complex associations in real-world experiments. Recently, I have also been actively thinking about training and evaluation of LLM systems. Check my personal webpage here: https://leishi-rocks.github.io/index.html.
