Luis Figueroa

Research Engineer

Luis (he/him) is a Research Engineer in the Research Engineering and Design (RED) Lab at Adobe Research. His primary focus is developing vision technologies, such as automatic selection and classification models to improve image-editing workflows for Adobe’s creative products.

Before joining full-time, he completed two research internships with Adobe as a GEM Fellow. Luis earned a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics and Computer Science from Occidental College
