Oscar is a Research Engineer at Adobe and a Visiting Lecturer in the Computer Science department at Carnegie Mellon University.

Oscar architects new video technologies into Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro with the goal of shaping the future of how people edit video. Aside from code, Oscar is also an active designer, and uses his more-than decade of video editing and animation experience to design and implement new interfaces for video. Oscar takes pride in the features he ships, and you can often find him using the features in his own independent projects.

Prior to joining Adobe, Oscar was (and still is) a full-time cat dad.
