Stephanie Wang (see her personal webpage) is a Research Engineer at Adobe Research, specializing in geometry- and physics-related research and tools. She has worked in and published papers across various fields, including geometric deep learning, geometry processing, and physics-based simulation (fluid, wave, cloth, hair, friction/contact, deformable bodies, plasticity, thermomechanical visco-elasto-plasticity, keyframing, and fracture/damage). Stephanie is inspired to integrate mathematical advances into robust engineering solutions for computer graphics and generative AI models. Her academic journey includes a postdoctoral position at UCSD under the mentorship of Prof. Albert Chern, a PhD in Mathematics from UCLA with Prof. Joseph Teran as advisor, and a BS in Mathematics from NTU.
