Darshan is a research engineer at Adobe interested in computational creativity and creative tools.  Currently, he is working on projects that explore the role of intelligent assistants in the creative process.  Darshan is also interested in machine learning and machine learning systems, including methods for performing scalable, distributed deep learning, and production-level deployments of deep learning models, both in the cloud and on device.  He received his M.S. in computer science from Johns Hopkins University, and his B.S. in computer science from the University of the Pacific.
